Hi, I’m really frustrated with your service lately. First off, I was charged twice for my subscription this month and I haven’t seen a refund yet. On top of that, the app crashes every time I try to upload a photo or change my settings. It’s honestly unusable. I’ve also been waiting over 10 days for my recent order, and there’s still no update on the shipping status. I tried contacting support, but got no proper response. Also, it’s 2025—why is there still no dark mode or multi-language support? I recommended your platform to my team, but now I’m second-guessing that. Oh, and please check my account security—I received a weird login notification yesterday that I didn’t recognize. I’d really appreciate a proper solution and refund ASAP |
